To enable us to further improve the quality of our successes in the past 27 years, we must review our past monthly and yearly endeavors that have contributed to the positive improvement in our performance. In coping with a continuously rapid changing environment, we have to be creative in optimizing opportunities and minimizing risks simultaneously. Efforts to increase sales revenue must go hand with the efforts to improve the quality and to conduct prudential surveys to avoid any excessive non performing loans. Considering the ever-increasing amount of competitors, in order for Columbia to become a market leader in both the retail & financing sector, developing quality human resource is key factor to all changing needs.

In continuing the effort to enhance Columbia's success and truly become a "visionary" company, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has directly or indirectly contributed to Columbia's success.
