Strategy and Human Resource Management
The management of Human resources is based on quality development through reading, writing and sharing of ideas. The library and newsletter bulletin board facilities, e learning serve as a media to enhance the mind and thinking system. Education at the workplace or training class is aimed to achieve:

  1. A high level of discipline.
  2. A high level of work productivity.
  3. A low level of employee turn over.
  4. A high level of work satisfaction.
Recruitment
Quality and competency constitutes the principle of recruitment, to ensure that any recruited staff will contribute to the company's growth. Recruitment shall be carried out through external stuffing and internal stuffing.

Developing and Training
Development and training is focused on the following objectives:
  • Preparing the employees to conclude their duties promptly and accurately.
  • Building the employee's capacity to develop themselves technically and mentally
